At Robyanna, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to request a return, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return requests made after 14 days may not be accepted.

Returns

Because Robyanna works with multiple suppliers, products may be shipped from different locations and may have different return addresses and instructions.

Please do not send any item back without contacting Robyanna first.

Once we receive your return request, we will review your order and provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must generally be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• In its original packaging, when applicable

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, health, safety, or product-specific restrictions.

Submitting a return request within 14 days does not automatically guarantee that the return will be approved. All returns are subject to eligibility and approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Robyanna as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item when possible. We will review the issue and provide further instructions.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise approved for reimbursement.

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the item and the reason for the return. We will provide the appropriate instructions when your return request is reviewed.

Please do not return an item to the address shown on the original package unless Robyanna specifically instructs you to do so.
